Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Bilingual proficiency is required
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-age populations (K-12)
- Knowledge of best practices in assessment, intervention, and therapy documentation for school environments
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Screen, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student strengths and areas of need
- Offer both group and individual therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to meet diverse language backgrounds
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Contribute to multidisciplinary Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Stay current with emerging therapy practices, and participate in ongoing professional development
