School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | De Pere, Wisconsin

What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings and understanding of IEP processes
- Ability to manage caseloads of approximately 38-40 students across multiple grade levels
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- Strong collaboration skills for partnering with educators, students, and families
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear and informed recommendations
- Deliver therapy sessions to students in individual and group formats
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Educate teachers and families on strategies and supports to facilitate growth
- Serve as a resource for faculty on speech and language development
This contract assignment runs from August 2026 through early June 2027, working 37.5 hours weekly as part of an engaging school community.
