During this assignment, you’ll build your professional expertise by collaborating with a variety of educational professionals and supporting K-2 students both in self-contained classrooms and via pull-out services—offering you a broad spectrum of practice and the chance to add valuable new experiences to your résumé. Desired Qualifications:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Flexibility and adaptability for varied caseloads and working environments
- Compassion, excellent communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide maternity leave coverage from August 24th to November 18th
- Deliver full-time SLP services to K-2 students
- Work 3 days/week in a self-contained classroom setting
- Provide 2 days/week of pull-out speech therapy services
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP processes
