Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and credentials required for SLP roles, including the Initial Educator Teacher Certification with Special Endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and therapists holding the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong commitment to evidence-based therapy approaches and school-based best practices
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-12, focusing on K-8 as the highest area of need
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50–60 students, with adjustments possible as the school year progresses
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Complete 1 hour of paperwork each day during your designated work schedule
- Serve students in 1–2 school locations for streamlined service delivery
- Receive structured mentorship and supervision if you are a new graduate
Enjoy a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working from August 2026 through June 2027. Compensation ranges between $40 and $57 per hour, with weekly pay cycles.
