Qualifications:
- Initial Educator Teacher Certification with a Special Endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology (state-specific requirement)
- Open to recent graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and certified SLPs (CCC-SLP)
- Strong commitment to collaboration, communication, and student-centered service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 50–60 students, with caseloads potentially increasing through the school year
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
- Maintain thorough documentation, with dedicated daily paperwork time built into your schedule
- Deliver services primarily at one or two locations
- Work within a team atmosphere that ensures supervision and mentorship for new graduates
