School Speech Language Pathologist - Dalton, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills will be considered
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders in children
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality assessment and therapy services to students with communication and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation and feedback
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with relevant policies and guidelines
- Partner with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective interventions that foster student success
