- Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Adaptable, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills with staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Track progress and adjust therapy as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create positive learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Share expertise and consult with educational teams on best practices for supporting communication goals
