Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure and/or ability to meet state requirements
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations and needs
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports
- Support classroom activities and recommend modifications tailored to student needs
- Engage in ongoing professional development
