Qualifications and Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for SLP practice in Georgia
- Experience working with children in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability when working with diverse student populations
Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and screenings to identify communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
