School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Cypress, Texas

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Experience in school settings or a passion for working with students ages Pre-K through 12th grade
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
