Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged students preferred
- Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to creating individualized treatment plans and measurable progress
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse K-12 population
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for students in grades K-12
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with other education professionals
- Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking in compliance with school standards
- Support teachers and families with strategies and resources for student growth
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development as needed
