Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid Ohio SLP License with school credentials
- Prior experience in school settings with similar elementary/ intermediate caseloads preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate between two locations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to a caseload of 40–50 students in grades 4–5
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and create tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain organized records of student progress and compliance with IEPs and state regulations
- Travel between two buildings as part of the weekly schedule
