Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Culver, Indiana
Exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to make a difference in the lives of students during the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position is a rewarding role working with a diverse pediatric caseload in an engaging school environment. As an SLP, you'll collaborate closely with educators and families to help students improve their communication skills and reach their goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Indiana SLP license and DOE Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or active pursuit (CFY candidates considered)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Comfort with both traditional onsite and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and deliver speech-language therapy to students
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop, manage, and track Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services rendered and student progress
- Support and consult with teachers, families, and support staff on effective communication strategies
- Participate in parent meetings, IEP conferences, and other school-based activities
