- Previous experience in school settings is advantageous but not required

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy to students, individually or in groups, targeting language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records and document ongoing progress, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
