Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license required

- Experience working with elementary school-aged children preferred
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of approximately 61 students
- Strong knowledge of special education processes, including running IEP meetings and documenting progress
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through sixth grade
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services tailored to student needs
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to set and track goals
- Submit monthly Medicaid documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Maintain detailed records and regularly monitor student progress, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing support
