Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Creswell, OR

This in-person role will be based across multiple campuses, all serving a diverse student population with low behavioral needs. Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license and meet all state and national requirements (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Ability to manage caseloads across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting student development through effective evaluation and therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEP goals individualized to student needs
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services for eligible students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school policies and legal requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
