Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with school-age children strongly desired
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide therapy in both individual and small group settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain up-to-date records on student progress, IEP documentation, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Conduct screenings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and progress updates
- Engage students with creative, evidence-based therapy techniques in a school setting
