Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure for Pennsylvania and ASHA CCC required
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other SLPs
Your Role:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 elementary students, delivering high-quality speech and language therapy onsite
- Develop and implement IEPs, track student progress, and contribute to student evaluation reports
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families for student success
- Maintain compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Share responsibility with colleagues for some students in the building
Position Details:
- Immediate start; contract runs through May 2027, with opportunity for renewal
- Part-time, 16 hours per week, with core hours between 9:15am and 3:30pm
- All services conducted onsite within a supportive K-4 setting
