Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Kansas SLP License (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or interest in serving pediatric/school-based populations (infant/toddler through high school)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse learning needs and settings
- Openness to flexible scheduling and participating in hybrid on-site/remote service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy to students, including infant/toddler, elementary, middle, and high school populations (case loads may vary)
- Support PreK–12th students at a range of cooperative locations, potentially including Emporia and Chase County
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development
- Attend meetings and provide occasional evening service (for infant/toddler focus, as needed)
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and cooperative activities
