This full-time, onsite opportunity is located in the beautiful Oakridge area and supports K-12 students across multiple school buildings. The district is seeking a compassionate SLP-CCC to provide direct, in-person services to a caseload described as easy to manage, with primarily low-behavior elementary and high school learners.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid, active SLP state licensure (CCC required)
- Meeting all requirements to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting
- Experience or strong interest in working across a variety of ages, especially elementary and high school populations
- Ability to organize and deliver services onsite (no virtual, hybrid, or teletherapy options)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized/group therapy
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintaining accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district policies
- Traveling between multiple buildings in the Oakridge school district as needed
- Participating fully in IEP meetings and committees
- Contributing to a positive, supportive environment for students and colleagues
