Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Ability to administer assessments and design appropriate, individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in group settings
  • Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
