ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary school caseload in the Concord, New Hampshire area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for clinicians interested in pediatric speech therapy, school-based services, and early intervention. Both experienced SLPs (CCC-SLP) and Clinical Fellows (CFY candidates) are encouraged to apply.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- School-based schedule aligned with the academic calendar
- 2026–2027 school year assignment
- Elementary school caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary school students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and speech screenings
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate progress notes, therapy documentation, and reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Address a variety of communication needs including articulation, language delays, and social communication
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and New Hampshire special education guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Active New Hampshire SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students and school staff
Compensation & Benefits:
