Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Columbia, SC

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience in a school environment preferred
- Strong knowledge in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment pertaining to speech/language disorders in school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage documentation and IEP compliance efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by school policies
