Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure prior to start date)
- Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting, especially at the preschool level
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Participate in new staff training beginning July 27, 2026
