School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Type: Full-Time School-Based Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. This position offers the opportunity to support students across a variety of learning environments, including self-contained and integrated classrooms, while providing meaningful speech and language services.
Caseload & Student Population:
Manage a caseload of approximately 15–20 students
Support students with a range of communication needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Receptive and expressive language delays
Articulation delays
Other speech and language impairments
Provide services to students in both self-contained and integrated classroom settings
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and/or group speech-language therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in student evaluations (approximately 1–2 evaluations per month)
Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure and/or certification as required
Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
Experience supporting students with autism and language-based needs preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $36.72 to $66.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
