This role is tailored for professionals skilled in both in-person and teletherapy support, offering flexible, part-time hours and the chance to engage students in both individual and group settings. With an estimated 11.5 direct service hours per month, you’ll have the chance to work with a variety of cases and contribute to student growth in a supportive school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure as an SLP
- Experience with school-aged children—elementary focus preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt sessions for group and individual needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions in both individual and small group formats to elementary students
- Follow a set schedule, including 30-minute sessions with varying frequency based on student requirements
- Address a broad range of speech, language, and communication needs in accordance with IEPs and school goals
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other support staff to optimize student progress
- Complete timely and accurate documentation for each session and student outcome
- Adjust plans to accommodate shifting caseloads, group sizes, and individual needs
