Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing school-based services and familiarity with IEP processes
- Comfortable delivering both individual and group speech-language sessions online
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Skilled at building rapport with elementary-age students in a digital environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver 30-minute direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, primarily to elementary students
- Manage a varied caseload, coordinating session frequency as required (ranging from 2x/week to periodic group services monthly)
- Provide approximately 11.5 hours of direct student services monthly, with flexibility based on group size and scheduling considerations
- Track progress and adapt therapy plans based on student needs and response to services
- Collaborate remotely with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required for student support
