School Speech Language Pathologist - Clifton Park, New York

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New York State SLP license
- TSHH or TSSLD (DOE certification)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in school settings or with school-age children is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct therapy and implement evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and write clear, actionable reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Engage in regular communication with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s progress
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
