Middle School Elementary School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Clifton, New Jersey

Your days will be spent collaborating with teachers, special educators, and families to design and deliver individualized therapy plans. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active licensure to practice as an SLP in New Jersey (NJ)
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Experience serving students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to complete documentation and paperwork efficiently
- Adaptability to changing student needs and a variety of school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in meetings
- Engage families and caregivers as partners in their children's communication development
- Consult with teachers to support language-rich classrooms and interventions
- Maintain accurate records and meet required documentation standards
