Pediatric Speech Pathology - Easley, SC
Step into a dynamic role working with elementary students in a supportive, collaborative district for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse elementary caseload, positively impacting students' communication skills and overall success. You’ll join a dedicated group of 12 Speech-Language Pathologists, with direct leadership and assistance from an experienced lead SLP. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), robust supervision and mentorship are available to help you thrive.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or open to Clinical Fellows (CFY supervision & guidance provided)
- Strong pediatric and elementary school caseload experience preferred
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practice
- Will not consider SLPA candidates for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow SLPs to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to an inclusive learning environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Access support and mentorship from a district-wide SLP team and lead therapist
