Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathology License
- Valid Teacher’s Certification for South Carolina
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); SLP-CFY candidates also encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates will be considered
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in need of speech and language support
- Deliver direct therapy and consultation services in accordance with IEPs and school policies
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary school teams
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
