Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate
- Valid SLP Certificate (CCC preferred)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly desirable
- Comfort working with a variety of ages and abilities across K-12 populations
- Strong organizational skills to manage a split caseload
- Ability to provide both individual and group therapy sessions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver 35 hours of speech-language pathology services per week
- Caseload includes 55 sessions (30 minutes each): 16 individual and 37 group treatments
- Rotate between elementary, middle, and high school buildings as scheduled
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs and IEP goals
