Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Clayton, North Carolina

You’ll work 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility to increase your schedule based on caseload needs. Expect to serve a diverse group of students—approximately 30 on your caseload—delivering speech and language therapy in a well-equipped therapy room with all necessary materials provided.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in school settings is strongly preferred
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language therapy
- Familiarity with ECATS or similar special education data systems
- Ability to effectively support elementary and middle school students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech/language therapy sessions
- Develop and implement IEPs using the ECATS platform
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Communicate effectively with staff, teachers, and families to support student goals
- Provide input for classroom strategies and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
