Ideal candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • New graduates seeking Clinical Fellowship (CFY) are welcome
  • Previous experience with pediatric populations and school-based settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability in supporting diverse learners

In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of school-aged children
  • Document progress and maintain required records in compliance with school and state standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success
  • Offer resources and training to educators and caregivers to reinforce goals
