Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to support diverse student needs across grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and support to teaching staff on communication strategies
