Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cicero, Illinois

Seeking both experienced clinicians and recent graduates, this opportunity is open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates who are passionate about school-based practice. What you should bring:
- Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) on hand
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based SLP
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting early learners in developing their communication abilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing evaluations and assessments for students in an early childhood education center
- Creating and implementing targeted treatment plans
- Participating in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings as an integral team member
- Providing direct therapy focusing on both speech and language needs
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in line with school requirements
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support each child’s success
The contract is typically renewed annually, providing ongoing stability and the opportunity to build meaningful connections within the school community.
