What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Comfortable collaborating in both general and special education classrooms, including with students with ASD
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Passion for helping children develop their communication abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of elementary students (up to 35-40)
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to help each student reach their full potential
- Attend and participate in team meetings, orientation, and ongoing professional development
- Utilize provided materials and resources to support your work
