Do you have a passion for helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and daily life? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support K–12 students throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Illinois OT licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional school participation
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create classroom accommodations
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful goals
- Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
