Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chicago, IL

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Illinois state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start
- Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY) and experienced SLPs (CCC) encouraged to apply
- Experience or interest in serving elementary school children
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Comfort working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Your Role Will Include:
- Assessing and identifying speech, language, and communication needs of elementary students
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy in group and one-on-one settings
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with educational teams
- Maintaining detailed progress notes and required documentation
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
