An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with SLP-CCC certification to provide essential support to a middle school caseload in Elgin, IL. This position is a contract role for the current school year, requiring a committed professional focused on delivering high-quality speech and language services to students.
Responsibilities include managing a caseload of 42-50 middle school students, providing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. The role requires working approximately 35 hours per week and adhering to all state and school regulations.
Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC certification
- Illinois SLP license
- Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois schools issued by ISBE
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
