Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP license required

- Strong foundation in student assessment, evaluation, direct therapy, and IEP development
- Effective communicator, comfortable collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and student evaluations with attention to individual growth and needs
- Develop, write, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services tailored for K-2 students
- Participate in meetings, collaborating with educational teams and families to address student goals
- Record and track progress, ensuring compliance and documentation best practices
