We are seeking full-time travel professionals for three openings: one supporting elementary students, one focusing on middle schoolers at Toby Farms (grades 6–8), and one working with high school students. Roles offer a 35-hours-per-week schedule, running onsite only from now through June 10, 2027.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current credentials as an SLP or PT with valid licensure
- Direct experience working in school-based settings
- PA state clearances (must be able to obtain and maintain)
- Familiarity with the challenges and rewards of serving urban school communities
- Ability to work onsite between 7:15 AM - 4 PM, no schedule accommodations
- Reliable transportation required to travel between sites as needed
- Comfortable and adaptable in diverse urban environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to assigned caseload (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to design and implement student-centered intervention plans
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow district protocols
- Develop and track student progress towards IEP goals
