Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active SLP-CCC credential
- Valid Pennsylvania licensure and completed PA clearances, or ability to obtain them promptly
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting, specifically with middle and high school populations
- Proven record of working within urban school environments and flexibility in adapting to community needs
- Consistent, reliable transportation is essential
- Comfortable with onsite-only work; remote options are not available for this assignment
- Ability to work full-time, 35 hours per week, strictly within the 7:15AM-4PM window (no schedule modifications possible)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite school-based speech-language services for middle and high school caseloads
- Complete general duties including conducting assessments, developing IEPs, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with school staff
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district practices
- Engage proactively with students, families, and educators
