School Speech Language Pathologist - Chatham, MA

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Recent experience working with K-12 school-aged children, including students with a diverse range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to document progress and maintain compliance with all federal and state special education guidelines
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with communication disorders (articulation, fluency, voice, language, etc.)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) that address student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student language development and classroom success
- Document evaluation findings, treatment progress, and service delivery according to district and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Engage in professional development to support best practices in school-based speech therapy
