Qualifications:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Strong pediatric skills; experience in a school setting is a plus
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to empowering students and supporting teachers and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to facilitate growth and academic participation
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
