Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong pediatric experience or a genuine passion for working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Contribute to team-based problem solving and overall student success
