Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- State licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but open to strong clinical backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP process and documentation requirements
- Capacity to work on-site (Allison Bowman as main contact) or consideration for VOCO/virtual work (contact: Kyle McGinley)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation and adhere to state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and collaborative planning sessions
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school community
