Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for South Carolina
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) applicants considered
- Previous experience in school settings and/or teletherapy highly valued
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy services to students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Maintain effective communication with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize innovative methods, including in-person and teletherapy modalities, to deliver therapy
- Maintain diligent records in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
