Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Clinical fellowship year candidates (CFY) are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in K-12 schools or with pediatric populations is advantageous
- Skilled in both onsite and teletherapy delivery models
- Strong ability to communicate and work effectively with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop relevant IEP goals, and deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to students
- Monitor student progress, collaborate with educational teams, and provide ongoing documentation
- Adapt evidence-based interventions for individual and group sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Educate teachers, staff, and parents regarding speech-language disorders and effective strategies for support
- Maintain compliance with state and federal mandates related to school-based services
