Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chandler, Arizona

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered
- Previous experience working with pediatric and school-age populations is ideal
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language and communication disorders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings, as well as comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster students’ communication development
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation following school and state guidelines
- Support students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social skills
