Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Champaign, Illinois

What We Value:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Illinois
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but will consider candidates with strong clinical fellowship experience
- Previous experience working with preschool and school-aged children in educational settings
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Work closely with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to support student learning and inclusion in the classroom
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations tailored to each student’s goals
