School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

This full-time contract opportunity (37.5 hours per week) is available for the 2026-2027 school year, offering two roles tailored to your preference and experience. Both positions are in a collaborative setting with abundant resources, where you’ll help transform students’ lives while receiving mentorship from an experienced team.
Position details:
- Position 1: Serve two elementary schools, providing targeted speech and language services to young learners.
- Position 2: Work with a K-12 caseload with an emphasis on elementary students, allowing for both variety and deeper relationships in early intervention.
Qualifications & desired experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFs welcome)
- Pennsylvania state licensure, or ability to obtain prior to start
- Dedicated to fostering communication skills and supporting academic growth in children
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of 9 SLPs and a Director who is also an SLP
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and provide evidence-based intervention
- Develop IEP goals and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational specialists
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
